Having reconfigured the space to maximise the amount of natural light, I designed this glamorous open-plan kitchen/diner with family life and entertaining in mind. Opting for a classic black and white colour palette with vertical décor and chrome features, stylish slate silver mosaic tiles add a hint of luxury.

Suspended above the breakfast bar, a pair of retro chrome pendant lights create a striking focal point. While in the adjoining living room, a glass coffee table ensures the small space feels light and bright.
